Congratulations! You have purchased a brand new Kia.
As you are probably already aware, taking ownership of a new vehicle has become a waiting game.
Good news is that you are now on the reservation list.
This page will explain most of the commonly asked question as well as the point of contact for requesting specific details of your new Kia reservation.
When will I be updated of my reservation?
Unforunately, due to the number and the scale of the reservation, it is nearly impossible to update everyone about their car individually on a constant basis.
Fortunately, we have a dedicated personnel to deal with the influx of their reservation inquiries who will contact their client's vehicle status once they are on-route or allocated to the customer.
How long is the wait?
Simply put, there is no simple math to describe the wait time for new Kia at the moment.
Currently, vehicles such as Forte, Rio, Seltos, and Sportage are allocated much more frequently than prior months.
If you have purchased a Telluride, any HEV/PHEV, Sorento, Stinger, Carnival, Soul and K5, wait times may be significantly higher.

How can I get my car faster?
The best way to increase your chance is expanding you choices.
Allocations are randomized and therefore your best option is to have more than (1) colour choice as well as (1) trim option.
